- Minimum 1000 words – maximum 1,500 words

What We Do NOT Accept
To maintain the quality and integrity of TrendFacts, the following types of content will be rejected immediately:
- Copied, plagiarized, or AI-spun content (we run plagiarism checks)
- Purely promotional, sponsored, or sales-pitch articles
- Adult, offensive, or politically inflammatory content
- Content already published on your blog or any third-party website
- Articles with excessive keyword stuffing or black-hat SEO tactics
- Low-quality, thin content under 800 words without substantial value
Paid Article Pricing
TrendFacts offers monetary compensation for quality guest posts. Below is our current pricing structure based on word count:

How to Submit Your Article
Submitting your article is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Write your article in Google Docs or MS Word format using the guidelines provided.
- Email your article to: oceannavygate@gmail.com
- Subject Line Format: Guest Post – [Your Article Title]
- Include a short author bio (50–80 words) and your photo (optional) in the email.
- Images: Attach royalty-free images (from Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay) or create your own. Minimum size: 1200×630 px.

SEO & Writing Guidelines
To ensure your article performs well on search engines and delivers great reading experience, please follow these guidelines:
Structure & Formatting
- Use an SEO-friendly title with your main keyword (60 characters or less)
- Add a compelling meta description (150-160 characters)
- Use H2 and H3 subheadings to break up your content
- Write short paragraphs (3-4 lines maximum for readability)
- Include a clear introduction and a strong conclusion
SEO Best Practices
- Naturally include your focus keyword in the title, first paragraph, and a few subheadings
- Use Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) keywords throughout
- Add internal linking suggestions where relevant
- Include at least one outbound link to a credible source
- Optimize all images with descriptive alt text

- Keyword stuffing or unnatural repetition of terms

Do you accept paid guest posts?
Yes! We offer paid guest posts as per the pricing table in Section 4. Payment is made via PayPal or UPI after your article is published and verified.
Can I submit more than one article?
Absolutely. Once your first article is approved and published, you are welcome to submit more articles. There is no limit on how many articles you can contribute.
Can I add links to my article?
You may include one do-follow backlink to your personal website or social profile in your author bio. Within the article body, you may suggest relevant internal or external links, but final linking decisions rest with our editorial team.
Can I republish my article on my own blog after it’s published on TrendFacts?
No. Once your article is published on TrendFacts, it must remain exclusive to our platform to avoid duplicate content issues. Please do not republish it elsewhere.
What if my article is rejected?
You will receive an email explaining the reason for rejection. You are welcome to revise and resubmit after addressing the feedback, or submit a different article.
Do I need to be a professional writer to contribute?
Not at all! We welcome writers of all experience levels. What matters most is that your content is original, accurate, engaging, and follows our guidelines.
